The Development will consist of the inclusion of a new foul sewer pumping station and 24-hour holding tank. new pumped foul sewer rising main and portion of gravity foul sewer plus associated decommissioning and removal of an existing on-site wastewater treatment plant. The works will include: (i) The redirection of the wastewater flow from the existing wastewater treatment plant to the proposed new foul sewer pump station (33m length of 225mm gravity foul sewer); (ii)1,524m of 100mm rising main from the new pump station routed along Cobbe's Lane public road to Turvey Avenue public road; and (iii) 581 m of 225mm gravity sewer from the aforementioned rising main to connect to the existing Uisce Eireann foul sewer on Turvey Avenue adjacent to Turvey Woods Residential Development.
