The development will consist of: (i) demolition of the existing rear garden shed; (ii) construction of a flat-roof ground-floor extension to the front and a flat-roof first-floor extension to the side of the existing dwelling, over the existing garage and utility room; (iii) construction of a detached garden house with green roof to the rear garden; (iv) internal modifications to the existing dwelling and installation of new rooflights; and (v) all associated site development works, landscaping and SuDS drainage measures necessary to facilitate the development.
