Planning Permission for the proposed development consisting of: A first-floor extension to No. 11 with a flat roof to the rear and a metal lean-to roof with rooflight to the front replacing the existing tiled roof, with the ground floor beneath incorporating a utility area, toilet and rear lobby, together with upgrades to the front facade including parapet adjustment, reconfiguration of one door and two windows, and replacement of the eaves detail. The devleopment also includes internal reconfiguration of No. 10, including removal of the side passage, extension of the ground floor living space, replacement of the side door with a fixed glazed panel, and removal of a fireplace and chimney.
