The development will consist/consists of Retention Permission for 1 no. existing single storey prefabricated unit (26 sq.m) located to the West of the campus, for a period of five years, together with all associated site works. Planning Permission is also sought for a proposed change of use of the 26 sq.m unit from accommodation provided as part of S.I. No. 306 of 2022 - EU (Planning and Development) (Displaced Persons from Ukraine Temporary Protection) Regulations, 2022 to Office/Meeting Room use, together with alterations to the unit to provide a single-room space, together with all associated site works. The proposed development will also consist of the provision of 1 no. single storey prefabricated unit (77 sq.m) for a five year period located to the east of the campus, to include 2 no. Childcare rooms, 1 no. accessible and 1 no. standard wc, provision of new 1.2m high timber fence to provide new play area to the north of the childcare unit and also the provision of a set-down area to the existing car park, together with all associated site works.
