The development consists of amendments to the permission previously granted under Reg. Ref. F17A/0743 and F19A/0071 as follows: a) Retention of the internal layout changes of the Bounce n Beyond unit including for removal of internal partitions, and minor design alterations and provision of 2 overflow car parks; b) Retention of change of use of part of the indoor sports activity centre to include for the addition of an extension of the floor area of the existing creche extension; c) Retention of a revised car park layout, from that previously approved under Reg. Ref. F19A/0071, providing for a total of 66 delineated parking spaces utilising the existing vehicular access; d) Retention of advertising signage for the activity centre to the front elevation; e) Omission of Condition No. 9, attached to Reg. Ref. F17A/0743, for the retention of a glazed window screen signage to front east elevation; f) Retention of the addition of a 29.51 sq. m extension to the existing VR room experience at 1st floor level; g) Retention of the addition of a 12.59 sq. m staff facility room at 1st floor level; h) Retention for an intensification of use of the existing facility.
