The development consists of the retention of; a single storey extension to the rear/south of the existing house; a side deck area to the west as well as associated steps; hard landscaping to the front driveway area and new external steps; a new sliding vehicular entrance gate from Nashville Park; and all associated works necessary to facilitate the development.
