Planning permission is sought by Stephen Lovett for the change of use of No. 12 James’ Terrace, Malahide, a Protected Structure (RPS Ref. 0419) located within the Malahide Historic Core ACA, from its permitted office use under planning reference F01A/1173 to use of the existing 3-storey building including the ground floor of ‘Rocket Shed’ from office to educational use. This will be an “ AXON School” for 40 students, with a total floor area of 305.5 sq.m. The proposed development includes minor works to the back garden and front patio, alterations to sanitary facilities, internal redecoration, painting of external walls, and the installation of 3 no. signs in selected locations.
