Permission for development at a site of 0.58 Ha in Oldtown, north-west of Swords, County Dublin. The site is principally bound as follows: to the north-east by public open space; to the south-east by Ashton Green and Ashton Grove; to the south-west by Miller's Avenue and Longview Mews; and to the north-west by public open space (at Miller's Glen Lake). The proposed development will principally consist of the construction of a residential development comprising 18 no. 2-storey houses (9 no. 2-bed units and 9 no. 3-bed units), all with associated private open space.
