The development is proposed to the west of the Business Park's junction with Swords Road and north of existing Unit K. The proposed development will principally consist of the construction of pedestrian and vehicular gates and fencing at the internal road serving North Ring Business Park. The structure will be approximately 20.1 metres in width and of a height up to approximately 2.4 metres. The proposed development will also include: minor revisions to the existing kerb, verge and footpath at Unit K; and all other associated site and development works above and below ground.
