The development will consist of: (1) Retention permission for alterations to garage granted under planning ref. no. F21A/0463 to the west of dwelling, and also dormer windows to the front and rear of the existing dwelling; and (2) Planning permission for modifications to the existing garage to the west of the dwelling, including the demolition of the existing link structure between the dwelling and garage, and the provision of a new soakaway to serve the garage. The proposed works are submitted to generally accord with the character of the originally approved garage under Planning Reference F21A/0463, together with all associated site development works.
