The development will consist of alterations to development approved under Reg. Ref. F24A/1125E (ACP Ref. No. 323489) comprising: (i) increase of the internal floor area of Block 1 by 136sq.m with increase facilitated by a. minor extension of building footprint along eastern edge and in south-western corner; and, b. infilling of several originally inset private amenity spaces with additional internal floor area; (ii) provision of new projecting private amenity spaces to Block 1 to replace originally inset private amenity spaces; (iii) removal of southern access point to Block 1 via Rathbeale Road; (iv) redesign of the core of Block 2 and revisions to the elevational treatment of both Blocks inclusive of general repositioning of fenestration and insertion of new fenestration and new finishing materials; and, (v) all associated ancillary works including general revisions to the layout of each Block. The cumulative works allow for the provision of 5 no. additional residential apartments for an increased total of 35 no. residential apartments with a revised unit mix of 11 no. one-bedroom and 24 no. two-bedroom units.
