The development will consist of alterations to the previously granted planning application, Planning Ref. F23A/0737, to include 1) The rotation and reconfiguration of the living room block to align with the other blocks. 2) Associated alterations to the courtyard layout including removal of enclosed glazed walkway and changes to courtyard fenestration. 3) Lowering of the finished floor level throughout to achieve minor increase in ceiling heights. 4) All associated siteworks including drainage, hard and soft landscaping.
