F21A/0683 for: (i) retention of alterations to the front/eastern elevation comprising; (a) adhesive film signage within fenestration; (b) raised brass lettering signage with associated lighting above in the fascia; (c) illuminated projecting signage in the pilaster; (d) 2 no. illuminated metal framed menu boards; (e) brass metal numbering in the fascia; and (f) flat metal signage and (ii) retention of alterations to the side/northern elevation comprising; (a) adhesive film signage within fenestration; (b) raised brass lettering signage with associated lighting above in the fascia; and (c) lighting above fenestration; and (iii) all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.
