The development will consist of : Retention permission and permission for alterations to a residential dwelling previously approved under Reg. Ref. F20A/0115. Retention permission is sought for (i) the omission of the second floor level and roof terrace - access remains to this level to facilitate building maintenance; (ii) reconfiguration of internal layout at ground and first floor level; (iii) insertion of new rear/north-facing window and alteration of side/west-facing window at first floor level; (iv) alterations to rear/north-facing window and insertion of clear glazing to side/west-facing window at ground floor level; (v) omission of chimney; (vi) reduction of maximum building height from the permitted 6.41m to 6.36m and alterations to roof profile to provide 3 no. separate ridge levels. Permission is sought for (i) replacement of windows on side/east elevation at ground floor level with non-opening opaque glazed windows; and, (ii) alterations to rear/north-facing window at first floor level to provide opaque glazing.
