The development consists of the following: Alteration of Condition 2 of Planning Grant, F18A/0480 (F18A/0480 previously granted Permission for continuation of use as Montessori School of part of Donabate Parish Hall - a protected structure - and retention of existing timber screen fencing to children's play area to the rear of the same building together with associated works). The proposed alteration of Condition 2 propose changing the current operating time of 09.15 hours - 12.15 hours & 12.45 hours - 15.45 hours to new proposed operating time of 9.15 hours - 15.45 hours.
