The development consists of : (i) The demolition of an existing two-storey detached dwelling and associated single-storey garage to the front; (ii) construction of a new two-storey detached dwelling with habitable accommodation at attic level and a single-storey shed to the front; (iii) provision of 3 no. bay windows at ground floor level of the dwelling; (iv) provision of 4 no. skylights and 1 no. lightwell to the new dwelling, and 3 no. skylights to the shed; (v) alterations to the existing frontage along Burrow Road, including the removal of existing vehicular entrance and provision of a new mechanically operated entrance gate with new piers; and (vi) all ancillary site works including tree removal, soft and hard landscaping, boundary treatments, SuDS and other drainage infrastructure as necessary to facilitate the development. The new replacement dwelling will result in a seven-bedroom dwelling.
