Permission is sought for 1. Demolition of existing single storey derelict cottage c. 59sqm and associated building located within the eastern portion of the site, 2. Construction of a residential development consisting of 25 no. residential units, including: (a) 3 no. 3-storey detached and end-of-terrace 4-bedroom dwellings (including attic level accommodation). (b) 5 no. 2-storey terraced and semi-detached 3-bedroom dwellings. (c) 3 no. 2-storey end-of-terrace and semi-detached 2-bedroom dwellings. (d) Duplex 3-storey units consisting of 7 no. single storey ground floor 2-bedroom dwellings and 7 no. 2-storey over ground floor 3-bedrooms dwellings (14 no. Duplex dwellings in total). Each of the 11 no. dwelling houses will be provided with 2 no. on-curtilage car park spaces, excepting 2 no. 2-bedroom houses no.s 7 and 8 which will have just 1 no. on-curtilage car park space each. Each of the 11 no. dwelling houses will have accessible private amenity rear garden space with space for bins and bicycle storage. Each of the 7 no. lower Duplex 2-bedroom ground floor dwellings will have a single-and-a-half allocated car park space, with a small front entrance area to include bin and bike storage.
