Retention permission is sought to retain a fully enclosed/internal single storey space for use as dining as part of the overall restaurant use. The enclosed/internal space replaces a former outdoor courtyard space to the front (west) of Old Street Restaurant, and addressing Old Street. The enclosed/internal space measures 22 sq.m gross. Retention is also sought for amendments to the permitted façade arrangement to Old Street as previously approved under Reg. Ref: F14A/0079.
