The development consist of: RETENTION permission for: (a) commercial sauna use; and (b) replacement of previously existing metal farm gate with timber farm gate; and PLANNING permission for: (i) removal of existing structures on site including 3 no. sauna rooms, 1 no. changing area, 1 no. storage room, and 1 no. shed; (ii) installation of new structures including 3 no. sauna rooms with lobbies and 2 no. changing rooms; (iii) provision of ancillary facilities including a storage room, service room, W.C. and reception area; (iv) provision of 3 no. staff car parking spaces and 18 no. bicycle parking spaces; (v) reconfiguration of exterior dry stone wall; and (vi) provision of drainage and SuDS infrastructure, boundary treatments, soft and hard landscaping, biodiversity pond, bin stores, and all other associated site works to facilitate the development.
