The development will consist of: 1. Demolition of existing porch roof; 2. Construction of a single story lean-to roof consisting of a new porch area on the west elevation; 3. Construction of a single story flat roof consisting of a bathroom on the west elevation; 4. Construction of a single story pitched roof consisting of a kitchen/dining, bathroom and utility room on east elevation; 5. General remodel and upgrade of the existing dwelling to suit new proposed layouts. 6. All drainage, structural and associated site works to be implemented.
