The proposed development will consist of the demolition of the existing two-storey detached dwelling, detached garage and decommissioning and removal of existing septic tank; the construction of 5 no. 4 no. bed, three-storey, detached dwellings, each with in-curtilage car parking, a balcony and a two-storey garage/home-office on the side elevation. The proposed development will also consist of all associated site development and infrastructural works, including repositioning and upgrading of the existing vehicular entrance from Back Road with new set back to provide an access road to the development, foul and surface water infrastructure including pumped foul water rising main on Back Road to connect into Auburn Woods' foul water main and pumping station; and surface water outfall at Mabestown; public lighting as well as landscaping and boundary treatment.
