The development will consist of: (i) The demolition of a single storey entrance hallway to the south elevation, balcony to west elevation and external staircases to east elevation; (ii) Modifications to existing window openings to west, east and south elevations; (iii) New rooflight to east elevation and modification to existing chimney; (iv) Construction of a single storey extension to east, south and west elevations; (v) Construction of a single storey shed structure to west of property; (vi) External terraces to east and west elevations with associated access; (vii) The construction of a new partly covered entry walkway to the south elevation; (viii) The retention of a single storey garden room/home office structure located to the east of the property; and, (ix) All ancillary works necessary to facilitate this development. The Planning Application may be inspected or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy at the offices of the Planning Authority during its public opening hours.
