Full Planning Permission for: (i) Construction of 27 no. own-door dwellings, comprising a mixture of 10 no. apartments (4 no. 2-beds and 6 no. 1-beds) not exceeding two storeys in height and 17 no. houses (9 no. 3-beds and 8 no. 4-beds) ranging from two to two-and-a-half storeys in height. (ii) Provision of a new vehicular entrance via Thormanby Road, internal access road, 32 no. vehicular parking spaces (inclusive of accessible/visitor spaces) and 5 no. motorcycle parking spaces; (iii) Provision of a new site boundary arrangement and refurbishment of the existing detached two-storey five-bedroom dwelling (Somerville House), which is to be retained within the overall site.
