Lecaltone Limited intend to apply for permission for development on lands bounded to the north by Kitestown Road, to the south by Thormanby Road, and to the west by Balkill Road, Howth, Dublin 13. The development will consist of the construction of 24 no. residential houses, comprising of 22 no. 3-storey, 5-bedroom, semi-detached houses, and 2 no. 3-storey detached 5-bedroom houses, all houses to be provided with balconies, along with 48 no. car parking spaces, with bin and bicycle parking storage provided within the curtilage of each unit.
