The development will consist of: Refurbishment, modernisation and extension of the existing buildings. Works include; removal of a detached chalet and demolition of the granny flat and various ad-hoc extensions to the original house; thermal upgrades to the existing fabric, blocking up of two high-level windows facing Balscadden Road, replacing and extending the existing conservatory as a new single-storey kitchen/living space on the eastern side, replacing and extending the granny flat as an attached self-contained apartment on the western side, refurbishment and extension of the existing garage to include a workspace, and all associated site works.
