The works will consist of (A) A rear ground floor extension incorporating additional living space, (B) Minor alterations to front elevation to enlarge existing attic apex gable window, (C) Introduction of privacy screening in the form of timber fins and protective glazed guardrails to the existing roof terrace to the side of the property together with minor upgrades to same as indicated on the submitted drawings, (D) Provision of new rear gable apex window to attic level, (E) Removal of existing redundant chimney stacks, (F) All associated internal alterations and modifications together with all necessary external site works.
