We, Kinwest Ltd. , intend to apply for planning permission for development on lands at Auburn House (Protected Structure) and Little Auburn off the R107 Malahide Road/Dublin Road, Malahide, Co. Dublin. The lands are generally bound by the R107 road to the east, 'Beech Lodge', 'Bellmont', 'The Lodge', 'Bellview', and 'Elgin' to the south, and Abington to the northeast and west. The proposed development seeks to provide amendments to the previously permitted development at the subject site, granted under Reg. Ref. F22A/0581 / ABP Ref. 316504-23 (which was previously amended under Reg. Ref. F24A/1179E). The proposed amendments relate previously permitted plot numbers 03, 04, 05, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 28. The proposed amendments consist of the following: (a) Change of House Type at Plot 03 from the previously approved House Type nC6, 4-bedroom, 2-storey, end of terraced unit to previously approved House Type nC2, 4-bedroom, 2-storey, semi-detached unit. (b) Change of House Type at Plot 04 from the previously approved House Type A2, 3-bedroom, 2-storey, mid terrace unit to House Type nA2, 3-bedroom, 2-storey, semi-detached unit. (c) Change of House Type at Plot 05 from the previously approved House Type nJ1, 2-bedroom, 2-storey, end of terraced unit to House Type nJ2, 2-bedroom, 2-storey, detached unit. (d) Revised Plot area, private open space, and boundary treatment to Plot 9. (e) Revised Plot area, private open space, and boundary treatment to Plot 10. (f) Revised Plot area, private open space, and boundary treatment to Plot 11. (g) Change of House Type at Plot 12 from the previously approved House Type nCa 3-bedroom, 2-storey, mid-terraced unit to House Type nH1, 2-bedroom, 2-storey, mid terrace unit. (h) Change of House Type at Plot 13 from the previously approved House Type nC5 4-bedroom, 2-storey, mid-terrace unit to previously approved House Type nE1, 4-bedroom, 2-storey, end of terraced unit. (i) Change of House Type at Plot 14 and Plot 15 from the previously approved House Type nE1, 4-bedroom, 2-storey, end of terraced units to House Type nC2 4-bedroom, 2-storey, semi-detached units. (j) Change of House Type at Plot 16 from the previously approved House Type nCa 3-bedroom, 2-storey, mid-terraced unit, to previously approved House Type nE1, 4-bedroom, 2-storey, end of terraced unit. (k) Change of House Type at Plot 17 from the previously approved House Type nCa 3-bedroom, 2-storey, mid-terraced unit to House Type nH1, 2-bedroom, 2-storey, mid terrace unit. (l) Revised plot area, private open space, and boundary treatment to Plot 18 (m) Change of House Type at Plot 19 and 28 from the previously approved House Type nD3, 4-bedroom, 2-storey semi-detached units to previously approved nD1 4-bedroom, 2-storey, detached units. (n) And all other ancillary site development works including parking, boundary treatment, landscaping works, and engineering works that are necessary to accommodate these proposed amendments.

Lands at Auburn House (Protected Structure) and Little Auburn off the
