The development will consist of: (i) demolition of the existing pitched roof extension to the rear of the house; (ii) construction at ground floor level of a new bay window to the front of the house with an extended roof creating a front porch; (iii) conversion of the existing garage into habitable space; (iv) construction of a new single storey flat roof extension to the rear of the house, including a covered terrace with roof lights; (v) extension to the side (north) of the dwelling at first floor level with an extended pitched roof over; (vi) installation of new internal stairs to access non-habitable attic storage spaces; (vii) construction of a new dormer window to the rear at attic level; (viii) increase in the height of the main roof; (ix) widening of the existing vehicular entrance on Auburn Grove to 3.2 meters.
