The proposed development will comprise of / comprises of the following: • Retention permission for a change of use of a portion of the existing Clubhouse bar (84sqm) to be used both as the Clubhouse bar, and at different times as an ancillary café also serving members of the public. Both uses will operate separate opening hours. • Retention permission is also sought for 2 no. signs (1 no. sign mounted on internal fence set back from the public footpath, 1 no. free standing sign) and the stepped entrance to/from the public path. • Permission is also sought for minor works to the existing stepped entrance including a replacement handrail with black paint finish, new bollard at either side of steps where existing railings stop, bush hammered finish to the existing concrete dwarf wall on both sides of the steps and the radiusing of the visible ends of the step nosing for the lowest step.
