The site is generally bound to the south and east by an existing Residential Development at Semple Woods, to the west by agricultural land with single dwellings located along Hearse Road beyond, and to the north by agricultural land with dwellings within Semple Woods beyond. The development will consist of: amendments to the Residential Development permitted under Fingal County Council Reg. Ref. F24A/0644E.
