The non-compliances with the planning permission granted under reg ref D25B/0128 for which retention permission is now sought comprise: Alterations to the permission granted comprising a zinc flat-roof to the approved first-floor rear extension, contrary to the double ‘A’ pitched slated roof design depicted on the drawings upon which the grant of planning was based; Design changes to the size and location of the two rear dormer windows, contrary to that depicted on the planning drawings upon which the grant of planning was based; Design changes to the permission granted comprising the introduction of two additional windows to the side elevation of the ground floor master bedroom and changes to the size of an existing window ope to the first floor rear guest bedroom.
