(i) the reorganisation of the previously approved (Reg. Ref. D25A/0593/WEB) bin/bicycle store and communal car parking layout adjacent to the northern site boundary to provide a total of 5 no. spaces (including 1 no. accessible space) within this area. One of these spaces will be reserved for the proposed infill dwelling; (ii) minor revisions will also be required to the rear private amenity space and boundary treatments associated with the approved Unit No. 1 (Reg. Ref. D25A/0593/WEB). The remaining private amenity space serving this unit will equate to 163.6sq.m; (iii) removal of existing hedging and 1 no. tree; (iv) the construction of 1 no. flat-roofed single storey two bedroom dwelling; and (v) the development will include all associated works including, landscaping, planting and boundary treatments, infrastructure, lighting, foul/surface drainage, site works, necessary to facilitate the development.
