The proposed amendments will comprise: • The provision of a single shared access core located at the end of the terrace comprising a stair and lift to enable wheelchair access to serve the four duplex apartments; • The omission of two previously permitted external access stairs located to the front of the terrace serving duplex apartments Nos. 16, 18, 20 and 22 Durham Avenue; • The provision of a shared external access deck at upper floor level to the rear of the terrace; • Reconfiguration of the bicycle storage and bin storage areas associated with the duplex apartments; • Amendments to the internal layouts of duplex apartments Nos. 16, 18, 20 and 22 Durham Avenue; • Amendments to the private balconies and terraces serving duplex apartments Nos. 16, 18, 20 and 22 Durham Avenue; and • All associated site development and ancillary works.
