We intend to apply for planning permission for a development on a 4,300 m² site. The proposed development comprises amendments to the existing granted planning permission, D25A/0542/WEB and D25A/0004/WEB. The proposed amendments include removing the balustrades from the front, rear and side facades of the buildings on the first and second floors of both residential blocks. The application also includes an amendment to increase the number of bicycle parking spaces from 39 to 48 and to relocate several bicycle parking spaces to the rear of the townhouse, Block A, to allow for tree planting on the street front. Amendments also include the addition of a sidelight to the front door of Block A and minor changes to the internal front boundary walls of Blocks A & B.
