The development will consist of amendments to the residential development permitted under DLRCC Reg. Ref. D23A/0602 comprising: an increase in the floor area of the proposed extension from 787.3 sq m to 946 sq m; elevational changes; internal modifications including the provision of 2 No. lifts; an increase in the ridge height of the proposed extension from +23.12 mOD to +25.49 mOD (a height increase of 2.37 metres); changes in level; an increase in the floor area of the bath house / sauna from 26.9 sq m to 34 sq m; realignment and reconfiguration of the driveway; landscaping modifications; a change in site area from 1.1162 Ha to 1.1166 Ha; and all associated site and development works above and below ground. A Natura Impact Statement has been prepared in respect of the proposed development.
