The development will consist of the following: alteration to previously approved planning permission DLRCC Reg Ref.D25A/0018/WEB comprising retention permission for the demolition of the remaining two-storey structure (229 sqm) which was to be retained and the reconstruction of the house (229 sqm) to the original design, extent and floor levels with associated site development works above and below ground.
