Planning permission is sought for modifications to external materials and finishes, comprising of cladding over existing Kingspan panels to the south and west elevation with proposed aluminium panels, painting the existing precast concrete Techrete façade panels of the main building and spray paint of aluminium cladding panels of a smaller unit to the east in white colour, to all facades, and additional proposed internally illuminated façade signage to south elevation. The proposed development also includes the erection of signage within the car parking area. The proposed signage comprises of the 1 no. 8m high, 1.75m wide totem signage, internally illuminated in the SE corner of the site, 2 no. digiboards – interactive displays, 2m high, 0.85m wide, located at the two existing pedestrian entrances to the central building. Additional 11 no. flag banner signage (h 2m x w 0.75m) affixed to existing light standards, and modification to an existing raised planter at the car park entrance by introducing a totem signage, 4.6m high, approx. 1.4m wide and an additional second level curved wall with signage, approx. 6.6m long, both signage internally illuminated.
