The proposed development will consist of amendments to previously granted planning permission Ref. D25A/0135/WEB and will include: 1. Relocation of the permitted external staircase on the west elevation. 2. Provision of proposed selected platform/wheelchair lift to the west side of the dwelling. 3. Change from permitted window to sliding glazed door at first floor level on the west elevation. 4. Minor internal amendments with no change to approved gross floor area. 5. All associated site works.
