Permission for alterations to the Large-Scale Residential Development (LRD) permitted by Cork City Council Planning Reference 24/42632 at Castletreasure, Moneygurney and Maryborough (townlands), Douglas, Cork. The proposed alterations will consist of the replacement of 30 no. permitted semi-detached/ townhouse dwelling houses (4 no. 4 bed units, 20 no. 3 bed units and 6 no. 2 bed units) with 26 no. semi-detached/townhouse dwelling houses (24 no. 3 bed units and 2 no. 2 bed units) and all ancillary site development.
