Project scope

Permission for development of this site at 15 Lancaster Quay, Cork, T12NP77, a Protected Structure (PS NO. 618). The development will consist of (1) Internal alterations including the removal of existing internal fabric and reconfiguration of layout; (2) Removal of existing rear gallery structure and its reinstatement as part of the proposed works, (3) Change of use from former public house (bar) to restaurant; (4) Construction of a new rear annex to accommodate a preparatory kitchen and toilet facilities at the location of the existing rear yard; (5) Roof works including the installation of rooflights and the raising and boxing out of a section of the rear roof; (6) Alterations to the rear elevation including the formation of new openings; (7) Minor modifications to the front including repair and painting; (8) Installation of a new entrance awning; (9) Provision of new signage; (10) All ancillary site development, drainage, services and associated works. The development relates to a Protected Structure (PS NO. 618).
