Project scope

Permission for construction of a two storey extension with new staircase hall on the east side, new deck on the west side of existing dwelling, new first floor in the existing dwelling with proposed flat roof, external wall insulation with painted render, new windows and doors, removal of chimney, removal of part of existing dwelling including the front porch, store room in the west, sun room in the south and the whole upper floor, removal of all the roofs, construction of masonry boundary wall and installation of metal gates at existing site access, new patio at south side, new wastewater treatment system and all associated site works.
