Project scope

Permission is sought for a development at Lands to the rear of Yew Lodge , Ashton Park, Blackrock Road, Ballintemple, Cork, T12VWE0. The development will consist of (I) The construction of a small-scale residential infill development comprising 4 no. two-storey semi-detached dwellings on lands to the rear of the existing dwelling known as Yew Lodge , Ashton Park, Blackrock Road, Ballintemple, Cork. The proposed accommodation comprises 2 no. four-bedroom dwellings (House Type A) and 2 no. three-bedroom dwellings (House Type B) all with pitched roofs; (II) The provision of a new vehicular access from Ashton Park, including a new internal access road serving the proposed dwellings and providing an independent vehicular access to the existing Yew Lodge dwelling, (III) The provision of 8 no. car parking spaces in total, comprising 2 no. on-site parking spaces for each dwelling, (IV) The provision of private rear gardens, bin storage areas, bicycle storage facilities, boundary treatments, hard and soft landscaping , surface water drainage and SuDS measures, connections to public services and; (V) All associated site development and ancillary works necessary to facilitate the proposed development.
