Project scope

Múin Blackrock Ltd, wish to apply for planning permission for alterations to previously approved development on site under Plg. Ref. no. 21/40453. These alterations consist of the increase of the pupil occupancy of the permitted childcare facility, and alterations to the internal layout at the existing ground floor unit (currently vacant) at site located at 136, Sycamore Lane, Dara Park, Bessboro Road, Bessborough, Mahon, Cork, T12 X52E. Planning permisssion for retention is also sought for minor alterations to the existing elevations , as constructed to same ground floor unit
