Project scope

Dominic and Karen Crotty, seek planning permission for retention for developments, as completed on site, located at No. 8, the Grove, Shanakiel, Cork City, T23 FD2Y. Planning permission for retentioan is sought for: 1). construction of 4 no. rooflights to main roof to serve conversion of attic space into habitable accommodation; 2) minor alterations to the existing elevations including modifications to the existing front porch; 3) construction of pedestrian gate along boundary wall, and all asociated completed site development works.
