Permission is sought for (1) The construction of a two-storey extension with partial lower ground floor containing stairwell, linked to the 6 No. classroom standalone school building completed in 2016, at the Northern end of the school site which will include 2 No. SEN Classrooms, 12 No. SET Rooms, ancillary spaces and sanitary facilities, and all associated site works, (2) Construction of a single storey extension to the south western corner of the main school building containing a Staffroom, Home School Community Liaison Office, and alterations to the internal layout to form a corridor and Parent's Room, and all associated siteworks, (3) The formation and construction of a new entrance onto the Ballincollie Road to facilitate construction of the development and on completion of the proposed development the new entrance would serve as an egress point for the fire tender and all associated site works.
