Permission for alterations and extensions to an existing dwelling-change of design from that granted previously under planning ref. 25/44308. Scope of works includes the following. (1) A 2-storey flat roof extension to the front aside of the dwelling, (2) A single storey flat roof extension to the side and rear of the dwelling, (3) The addition of a canopy roof at the existing front door, (4) Elevational alterations to the existing dwelling including new side and rear first floor windows, the removal of a chimney and a new side rooflight in the main pitched roof, (5) Demolition of the existing front single storey garage and rear utility/boiler house to accommodate the proposed extensions and (6) All other associated site works.
