Residential extension and alterations

Project scope

Permission to To construct: 1) 1 no. natural grass playing pitch with 1.3m high perimeter fencing, and installation of 2 no. high level ball retention nets, goal posts and dugouts; 2) new single-storey dressing room building with ancillary sanitary facilities; 3) new site entrance and gravel access road with pedestrian footpath connecting facility with the village and provision of new car parking area to serve development; 4) to relocate existing agricultural access gate serving adjoining land to the north - east corner of the site; 5) permission for retention of existing gravel surface area, currently forming part of access road serving part of the site, to be incorporated in aforementioned new access road; 6) installation of new wastewater treatment system and percolation area to serve development; 7) to demolish derelict pump house located in the south-east corner of site; 8) provision of new amenity walkway around periphery of new playing pitch; 9) provision of new hedgerow along proposed access road, to replace 2 no. existing hedgerows to be removed from site; and 10) all associated site works at site, site located in the proximity of Bellmount Mills (Recorded Monument RMP CO083-033; Recorded Protected Structure RPS 00551). Extension of Duration to Permission granted under Planning Ref. No. 20/6777.
