Project scope

permission for retention of the following works as constructed, to existing bungalow type dwelling located at Aherla More, Aherla, Co. Cork, P31 TY76: 1) existing single – storey sunroom extension to side elevation of dwelling, 2) existing enclosed porch serving front entrance of dwelling, 3) existing single – storey extension to rear of dwelling accommodating utility room at ground floor level, with basement level used as ancillary domestic storage space / plant room accessible from lower garden level only, 4) minor alterations to elevations of dwelling as constructed from that permitted under Planning Ref:3082/75, 5) existing pitched roof constructed over adjoining domestic garage in lieu of flat roof permitted under Planning Ref: 3082/75, and 6) all completed associated site works.
