Project scope

Permission for the construction of a residential development consisting of 45 no. dwelling units comprising of 23 no. 4-bed dwelling houses, 18 no. 3-bed dwelling houses and 4 no. 2-bed dwelling houses and all associated ancillary development, vehicular and pedestrian access, car and bicycle parking, footpaths, lighting, drainage, landscaping and amenity areas at Cork Road (L-2037), Farnahoe and Laherfineen (townlands), Innishannon, Co. Cork. Access will be facilitated from the Cork Road (L-2037) to the northwest. The proposed development includes improvements to the local road and footpath network on the L-2037.
