Project scope

a) Extension to Existing Car Showrooms, b) Site layout changes adjacent to the existing showroom/new extension to include new car display spaces and dedicated customer parking spaces, c) Extension to existing yard space for display of new and second-hand vehicles comprising of the overlaying of existing hardstanding space with tarmac surfacing to formalise vehicle parking/display areas, d) Brand Signage including freestanding totem signage and building façade signage, e) Material Alterations to existing roadside boundary fence comprising of replacing the existing galvanised railing with a low level stainless steel railing, f) Material Alterations to existing entrance & entrance gates from the public road including the widening of the entrance from the public road and g) All associated site development works including site landscaping, site services, site lighting and drainage works.
